Ingredients

  • 1 dl coconut oil
  • 6,7% REDUCED Mushroom 019
  • 6,8% butter
  • 0,1% thyme
  • 0,1% garlic
  • 5,9% shallots
  • 1,1% dried mushrooms
  • 4,5% fresh mushrooms
  • 0,2% salt
  • 0,1% white pepper
  • 26,4% water
  • 45,1% cream
  • 1,1% white wine reduction
Method
  1. Heat the butter in a pot and add
    thyme, garlic, shallots, dried and fresh
    mushrooms, and fry on low heat until
    golden.
  2. Deglaze with REDUCED Mushroom 019.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and bring
    to a boil. Allow to simmer for 10 minute.
  4. Blend for about two minutes until you
    reach a smooth consistency.
